These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Gramora platform, including the Panchayat Dashboard and the Citizen Mobile Application. By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Platform Purpose

Gramora provides digital infrastructure to village administrations (Panchayats) and a communication/trading platform for citizens. We are a technology provider and do not act as a government entity.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

  • Panchayat Officials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring that public notices, directories, and data uploaded represent official village matters.
  • Citizens: You agree to provide accurate information during registration and use the platform for lawful purposes, including respectful grievance reporting and legitimate local trade.

3. E-Commerce & Marketplaces (Kisan Mandi)

The Gramora platform facilitates peer-to-peer connections (Marketplace, Kisan Mandi, Equipment Rental). We strictly act as a digital catalog. We do not handle payments, delivery, or quality assurance for physical goods. All transactions, negotiations, and disputes must be resolved directly between the buyer and the seller.

4. Content Moderation & Banning

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent activities, post offensive/illegal content, or abuse the grievance reporting system. Directory listings that receive excessive negative community votes may be automatically hidden.

5. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. Significant updates will be communicated via the app.
