Because the Gramora platform operates primarily as a SaaS provider for village administrations and a digital catalog for citizens, our refund policies are divided based on the nature of the transaction.
1. SaaS Subscriptions (Panchayats & Premium Sellers)
- No Refunds on Active Billing Cycles: Subscription fees for the Panchayat Control Center or "Premium Seller" badges are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
- Errors & Double Charges: If you believe you were billed in error, please contact support within 7 days of the charge to request a manual review and refund.
2. Peer-to-Peer E-Commerce (Marketplace & Mandi)
Gramora is a technology provider that connects buyers and sellers in the Village Marketplace, Kisan Mandi, and Equipment Rental sections. We do not handle the payment, storage, or delivery of physical goods.
- All sales, returns, and refunds of physical goods must be negotiated and resolved directly between the buyer and the seller.
- We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items advertised by users.
- If a seller engages in fraudulent activity, please report their profile to the Panchayat Administration or our support team so we can permanently ban the user from the ecosystem.
